Pockets are made from durable nylon materials with taped and sewn edges for added strength and durability. Each pocket has a weight capacity of 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) and will accept hard block or soft lead pouches. Pockets are easy to release with a squeeze and pull" of the side-release buckles. Weights are secured in pockets with hook and loop fasteners.
